Refund Policy

Every team gets 14 days with no card. The trial is the whole product, not a reduced version, so by the end of it you know what you are buying.

If you are within 14 days of your first payment, write to us and we will refund it in full. You do not have to explain, and we will not ask you to sit through a call first.

This applies once per team, to the first payment. It is not a rolling window on every renewal.

Renewals are not automatically refundable, because you have had a year or a month of the service by then. Two exceptions:

• You did not mean to renew and tell us within 14 days, having not used the service in that period. We refund it.
• We changed something material to your disadvantage. You may cancel and we refund the unused remainder, as set out in the Terms of Service.

An annual subscription is $190 a seat because it is paid up front. Cancel partway through and we refund the unused whole months, less the discount you received for paying annually.

In plain terms: you are not charged more than the monthly price would have cost you for the time you actually used.

Removing a member reduces what you owe from the next invoice. We do not refund part-months for a seat, because seats move around and reconciling days would cost both of us more than it returns.

It does not take anything away. Plans, history, the CLI, the MCP server and the local web UI keep working. Only team sync and access management stop. There is no data to hold hostage, which is why this policy can be generous without much risk to us.

Email support@flanner.io from the address on the account. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within five working days once approved, though your bank may take longer to show it.
